“Great place for a group vacation! We wanted a place that could handle 4 big families and kids and all our toys, this place was perfect. Every morning half the crew would go to the beach and the other would lounge at the pool. we loved the central location of Villa Boda between San Pancho and Chacala. The house is up in the hills with an amazing view and just a quick easy drive to the beach. would definitely recommend Villa Boda to a large group or perfect for a retreat or wedding!”

“We just got back from a week long stay as a family over spring break at Villa Boda. Words cannot express how amazing it was. We were going to stay in Sayulita at a hotel, and I am sooo happy we didn’t. Sayulita is a very short drive from the house and we found the towns of San Pancho and Lo de Marcos to be much quainter anyway. The house is spectacular. The property, the views, the setting...it is a five-star compound set away from the hustle and bustle of Sayulita. While the pictures and video of the property were impressive, they couldn’t capture the feeling you get while at the house. The property was in MINT condition, the staff very friendly, it could not have been a better setting for our family vacation over Spring Break. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. The owner Jon was very attentive with email questions I had before and during the trip and he made our stay all the better. Rent this place, you will not be disappointed.”

The house manager greets you like your a Ritz Carlton guest, and provides you with every resource you can possibly need. From scheduling outings whether it be at the beach or nearby marina or simple massage, they can also schedule your own personal chef and maid service. The rooms are wonderful, the home is lovely, many memories made here, much laughter and happiness. Pool is refreshing and welcoming at the end of each day’s activities! It’s the perfect blend of picturesque seclusion and a convenient location. The town of Lo De Marcos is so quaint and authentic. We had a fantastic meal on our first night there and the beach was beautiful and quiet. If you’re looking for a little more action, it’s nice to have the option of driving 15 minutes to Sayulita. “This was the most memorable trip we have ever had. The home was even more beautiful than the pictures and every time you walked into the front doors there was just a wow factor that came over you. We spent 9 days in late February and if we knew ahead of time would have stayed another week! The home was amazing and kept very well, there was plenty of room for the 10 of us and the view was amazing. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. “Have been to Mex several times but have only stayed in hotels prior to staying here, now I feel so spoiled I won’t be staying anywhere else. The house is truly a work of art, something you’d see in Architectural Digest, with too many great details to cover here. Plenty of room for a big family or lots of friends, or a romantic compound for two. Professional kitchen, laundry (if the mood hits you), pool, huge dining table, great landscaping, ocean view. You’re just minutes away from several great towns, 20 minutes from Sayulita. Renting was easy, very reasonable. Grab your friends for an incredible getaway. “My wife, 4-year old daughter, mother, and I just got back from a great week at Villa Boda in Lo de Marcos. Villa Boda is truly amazing and gave our family the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and comfort. We spent a lot of our time relaxing, taking in the views, lounging around the villa and swimming in the pool. The villa has a great layout and plenty of space. The Villa is kept in pristine condition, is super-clean, and has great furniture and décor. We really liked the location as well. We’ve spent a lot of time in the area and typically stay in Sayulita. This time decided to try something different and we couldn’t have been happier with the decision. When we wanted some beach time, we simply went down the Lo de Marcos beach which was a great beach and just minutes away from the Villa. If we wanted to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping, we just went right up the road to either San Pancho or Sayulita. Can’t wait to come back soon!”

“One of our best vacation was in Villa Boda. We stayed there for one week. My best moments were picking mangos with my sisters from the trees in the ranch. “We had a great weekend at Villa Boda. Everything is perfect in this place! The rooms are beautiful and clean and perfectly air-conditioned. The whole villa is just splendid in every single detail. Everything was as it was announced on the web page and we got even more than we expected. Cold margaritas on our arrival were a very nice surprise. We celebrated a christening of our daughter on Saturday evening and all our guests that spend the afternoon with us were delighted with the place. Everybody was comfortable and we enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. Villa Boda is totally recommendable for a relaxing stay and for events. In the mornings there were two cleaning ladies coming and a maintenance guide cleaned the pool. We will be coming back for sure!!!!!!!!”

“This home is simply perfect. The perfect place to relax with good friends and the estate is so large you still have privacy. The details in this home are inspiring as someone who appreciates interior design. The pool area is where we spent most days although the beach is not far. The large communal table was a great place to hang out after dinner and drink wine with a large group of good friends. We will definitely be back some day. Highly recommend it.”
